On April 3, 2026, our company turned 20. This summer, the whole team gathered at the laboratory building to celebrate the anniversary — not just around a festive table, but with a conversation about what makes us a team.
Behind twenty years of work are, above all, the people who are responsible for the accuracy of results every single day. That is why our team was the true hero of the celebration. We held the event where our everyday work takes place: within the walls of the laboratory, among the colleagues with whom we share both our tasks and our successes.
The Values We Painted Together
The first part of the celebration was dedicated to values. We split into small groups and, gathered around shared tables, discussed what truly unites our team and helps it work together smoothly.
As a result, our employees named six core values of the company:
- Mutual support — we never leave a colleague to face a difficult task alone.
- Responsiveness — we respond to the requests of our colleagues and clients.
- Creativity — we look for unconventional solutions where there is no ready-made answer.
- Love — for our work and for the people we work with.
- Unity — everyone's strengths add up to a shared result.
- Reliability — you can always count on us.
But simply naming the values wasn't enough. As the next step, the team transferred them onto a large canvas: everyone picked up a brush and added their own piece to the shared picture. The result is a work that bears the touch of every employee. The canvas will hang in the laboratory building and remind us every day of what our work is built on.
We are convinced that a strong, close-knit team is the key to high-quality work across the entire laboratory. An accurate test result begins with trust between the people who produce it.
Learning to Hear Each Other
Next, some unusual instruments appeared in the hall — African djembe drums. We sat in a circle and began playing a shared rhythm. At first, everyone drummed in their own way, but gradually the scattered beats came together into a single melody. This exercise turned out to be a fitting metaphor for our work: to sound in harmony, you need to listen to those around you and adapt to the common tempo.
A Ball of Gratitude
The program ended with a game involving a ball of yarn. Each participant passed the ball to a colleague and thanked them — for their help, their support, and the challenges they had solved together. The thread stretched from person to person, and by the end of the game, a real web of connections had formed among all the participants. It clearly showed just how closely connected we are to one another in our daily work.
20 Years of Work and New Goals
An anniversary is a good occasion to look back. Over 20 years in Russia, we have grown into an accredited full-cycle laboratory working across a wide range of areas: from testing food products, animal feed and dietary supplements to environmental testing and production facility audits.
Over the years, we have built strong partnerships with manufacturers, retail chains and companies for which product safety and quality are not a formality but a principle. Many clients have worked with us for years, and this trust is our greatest achievement. Our reputation as a laboratory whose results you can rely on has been built with every test report, every deadline met and every non-standard challenge solved.
And we have no intention of stopping. Our ambitions grow together with our team: we are expanding our testing scope, mastering new methods, developing services for our clients and striving for new heights. Twenty years is not the finish line but a solid foundation for the next stage.
We thank every employee for their contribution to our common cause, and our clients and partners for their trust. A great deal of exciting work lies ahead, and we will meet it together — as a close-knit team, keeping one rhythm.
